GEO for Nonprofits is a new Social Enterprise that leverages the buying power and distribution network of GEO Nova Scotia for nonprofits across the province and their staff devices to purchase devices, connectivity, and IT services at below-market rates.

 

We’re starting with device sales and rolling out additional services over the next several months.

During this phase of our launch, only Registered Referral Partners with GEO Nova Scotia and their staff are eligible to purchase products and services from GEO for Nonprofits. Simply complete a registration request on this website. Once your registration is approved, you may place orders and register staff members so they can make purchases for themselves.

In the next phase, GEO for Nonprofits will be available to any registered nonprofit organization in Nova Scotia. Sign up here to receive updates.

During our first phase we are introducing a selection of devices and accessories for sale.

Our next phase will feature connectivity options such as commercial internet and individual cell phone plans.

Our final phase will introduce IT services such as a comprehensive cyber-assessment, website development, and more.

First you need to register yourself and be approved as a GEO for Nonprofits customer on the GEO for Nonprofits website.

Once you are approved, visit the Device Ordering page. Select the item(s) you need, enter quantities, and proceed to your shopping cart. Complete the information to submit your order. 

In the future, payment options will be integrated into this website. For now, GEO for Nonprofits will generate a quote which you will receive by email. Approve the quote to receive an invoice with payment options.

 GEO for Nonprofits can accept payment by credit card, direct deposit, e-transfer, or check. Devices will ship after payment has been received.

Once a quote for an order has been confirmed and payment has been arranged, delivery is typically completed within one week. Devices can also be picked up at the GEO Nova Scotia office in Dartmouth to avoid delivery fees.

All form submissions are securely stored in our system on Canadian servers. Personal or organizational data is used solely to process your request and provide support; we do not share it with third parties.
